3. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • The platform offers a monthly subscription plan with a 14-day free trial.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Charges are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to hack or interfere with the platform
  • Share login access with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or distribute platform code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, code, design, and branding associated with EaseFy Insights are the property of EaseFy LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

All data collected from your website or usage of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

EaseFy Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination
